woah......it's been a while
my my...my blog! i almost forgot about it....you see..my old computer decided to be difficult and it wouldnt let me post (heavens knows why...) so..here i am...back...after a month or two of not posting...now let me ask you...is that a good thing?
well..to update you...school has started..and i have a fairly busy schedual...
monday- jazz lessons
tuesday- tennis lessons
wednesday- key club
thursday- ballet lessons
friday & saturday- social whatevers
sunday- church & homework
(as if you care)
so anyways...why do the teachers at my school like to obsess over things...last year..it was the dreaded YAMs....(dont EVEN get me started on that one..) and this year...it's.........moles.......yes, moles...the little furry animals that dig underground and um...eat..your...vegetables from your garden? (or 'victory garden' if you're from the olden days..) what do moles do exactly? but anyways, my chemistry teacher is making us celebrate 'mole day' because a mole is actually a big number in chemistry class.....so.....the woman is making us bring in felt...and sew our own little moles...and decorate them...well...that's ok..but...you see...she forces us to listen to this incredibly corny & country-western song..'pie a la mole'...over and over and over and over...so yes

oh yeah!! when i was coming out of the cafeteria today..i had a song stuck in my head...and no..it was not even a song i knew...i suppose it was one i subconciously made up?! whatever...so anyways...i started singing it...and then somehow it evolved into meagan & i creating the rest of the lyrics...to the lovely little children's song
i'm an astronaut & i'm okay
i'll hop in my spaceship & fly away
we'll go to the moon & there we'll play
all-all-day
bum bum bum
i'm a mailman & that's just fine
i'll come to your house in the rain or shine
i won't steal your mail & say it's mine!
i'm one-of-a-kind
(yes i know..i'm a dork..but i'll be the one laughing when meagan & i sell the song to some big company and make millions of dollars...so ha!)

oh yes...and..i'm the homecoming 'princess of key club' for some strange reason...that's even unknown to me....i should totally go to Carly & Sydney's (the little girls i babysit..remember?) house and borrow alllllll the jewlery from the 'Pretty Pretty Princess' game...and wear it in the parade & at the pep rally....heck yeah...i'll look like a freak..but i wont care..i'll just laugh...with my undersized (is that a word..?) plastic tiara with stick-on earrings on it....i'll totally rock this homecoming parade..

so now you're updated on my life.....i hope you're happy
always,

you know what the NASTIEST things in the world are? Library Books....by library books i don't mean the reading part of them...it's the unidentified stains on EVERY PAGE...you've got the common "brown liquid stain" that could be coffee or lord knows what....and the "weird pink stain" that is probably some strawberry popsicle...you could make a whole NEW book classifing stains from library books.........you see...i'm reading "The Three Musketeers" for my summer reading book (i have to) and i swear...there is a different stain on EVERY FREAKING PAGE....and man...i'm not even one of those obsessive compulsive types that has to wash their hands every 5 mins...think about what it's like for them! they probably go through 3 bottles of anti-bacterial hand soap while reading a simple book from the library....you never know who has read the book before...if someone wanted to spread some deadly virus...library books would be the ticket...no one would suspect "Little House on the Prairie" to contain anthrax! wow...now i'm just scaring myself...not a very good motivational tool to make me want to finish my summer reading....woops..

man....now-a-days they have patches for everything...nicotine patches....birth control patches...sea sick patches...dieting patches! what's next? food patches where you don't have to eat again? sleep patches so you have 24 hours in a day to do stuff? medicine patches so you won't have to ever take that nasty pink bubble-gum flavored medicine again?! are we all really that lazy? someday people will be walking around with patches all over themselves....the patches will start to come in different colors so girls can "match their patches with their outfits"....little girl-scouts will start collecting them instead of the "fireside patch" or the "friendly helper patch"............i'm predicting the next trend here....i bet we'll see celebrities talking about patches on "Best Week Ever" on VH1 some day

ooh la la

no mom...i'm NOT hiding the food
my mom is so crazy....first...she blamed me for "drinking all the orange juice"...which i didn't do...and then like an hour later she magically finds the orange juice in the back of the refridgerator...and she thinks some one in my family "hid the orange juice & put it back into the refridgerator when she wasn't looking"...i mean..come on woman! lol...then she thinks i "ate all the triscuits" even though there are about 3 boxes in the pantry....oy...oh well...she didn't get much sleep last night...so that might explain it

my brother has decided to make a band.....not just a plain rock band...but a christian rock band...so now he won't stop asking me what he should name it...his top choices so far are "Dead Red" and "Cross Walk"....which....if you ask me....are pretty lame....i just hope that the band breaks up before they can get started because i REALLY don't want to be around while they "practice"...which will probably sound like a bunch of 3 year olds banging on pots and pans while screaming...goodness

that's not neighborly behavior!
i don't know about you...but i'm freaked out that "mosquito season" is coming...the people on the news keep telling me over and over that next week will be the worst mosquito week of the year...ok...so not only are mosquitos scary blood-sucking bugs..but they are strangely attracted to me...i mean...the things find me where ever i go...i could be locked up in a room with no doors and no windows..and the freaking things would still find their way in....ew..so next week i'm gonna be the most parinoid girl covered in bug spray...ever

you're never gonna guess what i did today!...school work! yes folks..that's right..it's summer and i had to do work...let's just say my teachers-to-be must be nazis or something...it's just inhumane to make poor little kids do work on vacation...let's go protest..

my back-door neighboors (you know..the ones behind my house) are crazy....all they ever do is hang out in their back yard...whether it's swimming in their little pool...making a bon-fire in the middle of the day in 98 degree weather....or playing some weird game that i think they made up with little colored balls & standing in a circle yelling....they are ALWAYS out in the backyard....but no one in my family will go talk to them or anything because the family hates my little brother....i mean...my brother put a plastic ball down his pants when he was at their house...then he shined a laser in their house & freaked them out and THEN he took it a step farther and sided with some chicks on his bus when they were in an argument with the family's daughter! stupid stupid boy... now we can never have a "friendly cookout" with them in their BACKYARD

yesterday we (my family & i) played the game Risk....if i would have known that we would all become SO emotionally invested in the stupid game...i never would have played. i swear...Risk brings out the worst in people...you basically run around attacking people and taking their land...which is a dangerous combination...i mean...the topic of 'world domination' makes me cringe now...goodness...maybe i'm just still bitter about my dad ruthlessly taking Europe from me...*tear*

uh...nothing left to say,

wow....i go to florida TOMORROW with ava...so i won't be posting for a whole week *gasp*...ha...unless i use the computer at tess's house...(which is unlikely)
my mom tricked me into washing all the clothes...i was like "mom...where's my shirt? i want to wear it in florida" she was like "it must be in the dirty laundry....if you want to wear it then you gotta wash it.." i was like "ok.." then she was like "oh yeah...i gotta mow the lawn so you can go ahead and wash, dry & fold all the clothes" so yes...that's what i did....for a couple hours because i'm the worst 'folder' ever

so yesterday was my last ballet class until september....only 4 girls were there (counting me) so we had like our own private lesson....nothing too funny happend so i'll spare you the details
you know what's amazing? Juicy Juice counts as a whole serving of fruit....wow.....(atleast i was impressed) ha...so i was talking to my dad about it and he was like "some people like to bathe in juicy juice!" in this weird voice.......yeah....let's just say we all have our "moments" in my family...

yep...so i babysat Sydney (4) today....we played all the games she owns....but not only did we play 'gator golf'...Uno...and a bunch of other games....we played PRETTY PRETTY PRINCESS! so then we were almost finished playing...and we both had all of our cheap plastic jewlery on...but sydney was like "i have another crown in my room so we can BOTH win!" ha...so yay...we both won...some day i should go to school with all the 'pretty pretty princess' jewlery on...and the little plastic crown....yay

man i'm dull today..

yes folks...that's right....furbies...one of the stupidest toy trends known to mankind...

oh wow! it's a random survey on furbies! what fun :)
watch as i spring the un-suspected question on helpless victims:
(color-coded for your benefit)
Victim #1: Nicole
Me: so nicole, how do you feel about furbies?
Nicole: furbies?
Nicole: those annoying things?!
Me: yep! the ones everyone burned within the first week of owning them
Nicole: hehe...annoying! margie had one and it wouldnt shut up so we took out its batteries
Me: i never had one...they're too scary
Me: it had like it's own language
Nicole: i know! that was weird
Me: "i can speek furbie-ish!"
Nicole: furbese...
Me: that must be it..
Me: what if furbies had pick-up lines
Nicole: hahaha that'd be really weird
Me: you'd see a pack of furbies at a bar
Nicole: haha and desperate guys using them
Me: like an "I Robot" style of movie where the evil furbie robots take over

Victim #2: Mike
Me: what do you think about furbies?
Mike: i think there adorable
Mike: but not as adorable as u
Me: ....
Mike: ;-)
Me: ...ok...
Mike: ur very pretty
Me: whatever you say...
Mike: u r ellen
Me: how did our conversation about furbies change into a self-esteem related speech?
Mike: i dono
Mike: ok ur pretty...
Mike: now that weve established that
Mike: we can talk about the real issue
Mike: furbies
Me: yes
Mike: ya they're pretty cool
Mike: even if i never owned one

Victim #3: Ingrid
Me: so ingrid
Me: what do you think about furbies?
Ingrid: great fun

Victim #4: Kyle
Me: furbies...are.....scary
Kyle: haha yeah.. you can say that again
Kyle: it's like...toy story on crack
Me: furbies.....what were they?
Me: owls?
Kyle: mixed in with a little grimlens...I have no clue..haha
Kyle: they had like a beak like thing
Me: yeah...they were like....troll/owls
Kyle: I think it's like a mixture between and owl, a troll, and chewbacca
Me: chewbacca.... he's weird too
Kyle: yeah he is
Me: like...cousin "it"'s distant...cousin
+ + =
i think that's all i can handle for now....have a nice day
